Statement
of commitment
Dr.
M. Eissen and Prof. Dr. J.O. Metzger developed a software called EATOS© (Environmental
Assessment Tool for Organic Syntheses). They are interested that this software
should be tested intensively. For this purpose, the software, the user manual
and some files (substance-list default.slist,
and xy.project, xz.project) are relinquished to. This relinquishment is free of
charge. On considering the given commitments, the software may be used for
non-commercial purposes after the conclusion of the trial period until recall by
Dr. M. Eissen and Prof. Dr. J.O. Metzger.

The software may be used only for the purposes as follows: It
is permitted to load, display and run the software for the purposes of its
execution and processing the data contained in it. A backup copy may be made.
Any further development of the software is not authorized .
2.
The software as well as any written documents concerning the
software are not permitted to be made accessible to a third party, neither as an
original nor as a full or partial copy. This includes both transmission and
publication. Commercial use of the software is not permitted.

The copyright notes have to be maintained without any changes.
This applies to all copies being generated.

It is acknowledged that Dr. M. Eissen and Prof. Dr. J.O.
Metzger are not liable for either indirect or resulting damages caused by
software errors or for the freedom of rights of a third party regarding the
software.

This statement of commitment does not conclude in any rights
of utilization. Without prejudice to the relinquishment of this software, the
rights regarding the software, including any full or partial copies, remain with
Dr.M. Eissen and Prof. Dr. J.O. Metzger.
